My therapist was very nice and gave me lots of skincare advice while she was doing my facial. It's a very short walk from High St Ken tube too. It's hardly palatial, from what I could see there were only a couple of treatment rooms and the waiting area where you sit until you're called in is v small. Nice, but pokey.
