There was a mix up with my appointment as they couldn’t accommodate my original date and time and so moved me. Following that on arranging the new time they also let me know that Antonio left out of the blue so they had to book me with Reese. When I arrived they didn’t know much about my appointment and to be honest I think I had been overlooked. The staff handled it well so although the situation was less than perfect it was dealt with. Reese didn’t have time to do my cut so they moved me with an art director for no extra cost. I would have been annoyed with all the confusion but I was so happy with my cut with Andrea that I have forgiven for all the changes. All the staff are lovely and really the situation wasn’t their fault but perhaps the front of desk could manage these situations a little better. Over all I’m happy with my cut and colour and will go back and see Andrea for my cuts in the future.

My cut and blow was the quickest I have had, 1/2 hour and I have long hair, wasn't sure if this was because it was booked via Treatwell.
