The haircuts were done in the garden at the back so there was plenty of fresh air and social distancing was not a problem. As usual, Koo was her normal self, chatting to the kids and making it a great experience.

I was excited but apprehensive about my first hair appointment after lockdown. Koo had taken every precaution to reassure myself & other customers & keep us safe during my time in her meticulously clean & tidy salon. Koo was chatty & friendly as always & extremely considerate towards the individual needs of her customers. Always a pleasant experience at this small but wonderful salon. My highlights were fantastic - coloured my (now many) greys but kept it looking natural. Love this salon.
