I had Koo as my hairdresser and was very unsatisfied. The salon was a mess; the wash chairs had dirty towels on them, there was water everywhere, dye pots in the basin, boxes of product everywhere. My haircut was awful to the point I had to correct it myself when I got home. How Koo cut it initially was nothing like I requested. I got overcharged to what was quoted online. The whole time it felt like it was a nuisance I was there. Really disappointed and will not be returning.
