It was very quiet the day I attended (only customer there), but as ever I was made to feel very welcome & comfortable. Gigi is a lovely lady & easy to chat to. She spent a long time trying to "volumise" my poker-straight, lifeless hair with blowdrying & brushing for which I was most grateful. Nice to feel glamourous for a while !
