Treatment as always was great. Very happy with that. However, I wasn't informed that if I booked through Treat well then I couldn't use the offer I normally use as a frequent customer. I was even more annoyed as I had booked online last time and had been able to use the voucher so couldn't understand why it was different. I ended up paying double the price. The staff explained that as they pay treatwell, they couldn't give me the discount as they would lose out. This was very annoying. It should be made a lot more clear on the treatwell website that if you book via them, you cannot access ANY of the discounts on offer in store. I will not be using online booking again.
