I was really looking forward to having a st Tropez spray tan, when I got there no-one greeted me I told the girls behind the desk what I was there for and they ignored me so I sat down and waited, I felt really uncomfortable and like I was a nuisance. if I hadn't already paid online I wouldn't have stayed. I was then taken downstairs, not told to take my deodorant off luckily I remembered from last time. had the spray tan, was given no aftercare. I left then walked the 3minutes to my friends who then told me I was green and patchy I was so upset and didnt wany to stain that coulour so I had to wash it off within the hour of having it done. It was a warm day and I understand staff were probably agitated but I honestly wouldn't feel comfortable going back to this place again and I feel like I just wasted my money. I can't fault them for cleanliness.

The treatment was done well and the therapist was friendly. It was advertised as 45 min on the treatwell site though and only lasted 30 mins

Straight in to my appointment without delay. The beautician was very thorough and did a good job
