I had a lovely experience there. The esthetician was lovely and very personable and gave great service results. I was offered a tea or coffee and chocolate which was nice. Very easy to find, and the room you are waxed in is very quiet and private (relaxing as well). All the staff were friendly so overall a positive experience and I will be going there again.
