Flora was amazing as always. She even remembered my preferences from my last appointment. Her technique was on point and she was very professional and her usual ameable self. Flora did a wonderful job with my threading. I am heavily pregnant so she made sure I was very comfortable. On request, she even put a shield on which I know is a bit tricky while doing the threading job. The only bit I was a bit disappointed was none of the other staff was wearing any mask or shield. I was in a separate room so I wasn’t bothered very much by it but I think my 2 cents here would be, as a precaution we should all still be wearing masks indoors, even though if we are vaccinated.
