This was an absolutely horrendous experience and I will never ever go here again. I arrived on time for my appointment and was completely ignored. The technician doing my nails was giving a manicure to her friend, and she prioritised her friend with zero regard or respect for me. I had to ask several times to start the appointment and she was incredibly rude ... and then continues to ignore me for another 10 minutes. The vibe in there was awful and unhappy.
