Had a new therapist today and she's pulled my skin off. Waxed too low down my eyelid and it was bleeding. Had the cheek to tell me it was my fault and smiled.

Nails look fantastic and time was taken to fix a broken nail to ensure that they all looked the same. Great service, friendly staff. Very pleased!
