didn't like the shape of my nails, and the interaction was not particularly warm - I had to make conversation and eventually it flowed better but really the guest should be welcomed warmly and also asked what type of shape they liked on their nails before starting. The collagen glove was lovely during the treatment, that's a really nice touch.
