This was my first appointment at Coco. I loved it. My beautician was Mandy. She's lovely and very competent. I will definitely come back for waxing and maybe try other treatments too.

The gel manicure was great. Unfortunately I had quite a bad reaction to the wax used on my eyebrows and still have red bumps and is a bit swollen after a week.

When I walked I had to wait not knowing if I was going to get the treatment done since no one bothered to check and let me know like a professional would have done. After more than 10 minutes I was told to go ‘downstairs’.The wax was thorough although it longer than expected. Interaction with costumers was a bit unprofessional and unwelcoming.
