Everything was really clean, bright and comfortable. Staff were quite neutral and helpful. The mani and pedi are over the average; overall it was a good experience and I will go back. However, I did not know before hand that it was cash only, so I had to leave my bag there while I took some cash from an ATM that was close by. Would have been good to know this prior to my visit. Generally, good service!

Worst eyebrow wax ever! My skin around eyes is completely burned from the wax; which they kept on re-applying first hot wax then strip wax, over and over again on same spot until it started burning and itching! Very painful! I’ve had to go to pharmacy for treatment, which has never happened in my life! Overall very unpleasant feeling; I had to wait 25 min for a 10min appointment and wasn’t given an apologize. On top of that i got 12 times asked to buy additional services!! Leaving me after all with a wound around eye and a very hurtful, inflamed skin.
