I was treated very rudely by the first beautician, she swore at me and left me in the room without finishing my treatment. The second beautician was very nice and apologized in behalf of her colleague. After I left I also received a call from the manager who apologized again. Despite the first experience with the first beautician I still appreciated the way the manager dealt with the situation.
