Awful, don’t waste your money. Tried a pedicure and gel manicure here and both were highly disappointing. Staff are rude and I had to go and get both treatments done again a week later, just to fix what they had done or lack off. You expect a good service on the kings road (for the money they charge too) but you get the opposite. 0 stars out of 5!

They used the drill to take off my gels and have destroyed my nails. They’re burnt and red.

Everyone was really lovely - but there was some confusion over the extension removals being SNS not gels. I know the process isn't great for your nails no matter what but my nails are an absolute mess now - after a day they were physically cracking at the end, and were sore after leaving the salon. It took so long I didn't get the manicure I had paid for and there were still bits stuck to my fingers when I left. I hate to leave review like this as they were nice, but may nails are awful now.
