The salon was filthy - apart from the considerable layer of dust over the whole thing, there were nail clippings all over the workstations.
The staff were rude and one didn't seem to care at all that I was a human being paying for a service. At one point, two staff members who had been hanging around at the back of the salon watching TikTok when my technician was doing my manicure came and stood around and behind me as I was sitting to watch. It was very unnerving and uncomfortable.
