Amazing and very friendly staff. I cannot rate this salon enough. I regularly book my treatments/colour/blow dries here and I am always treated fantastically well by Leila and her team regardless of who is styling my hair. No yanking or pulling like in other salons I have been to in the past! All of the girls have the patience of Saints and are really good at keeping the customer happy. They regularly ask if I would like a drink too which is a refreshing change to other salons. I would give this salon 5 stars for their attentiveness. Clearly a salon full of professional and happy employees! Keep up the good work girls! I will definitely be recommending to friends and family! :) looking forward to my next treatment already!

It was my first visit to Coco and as a young girl, I feel quite nervous going into new salons... The manager was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door, however the more junior staff who were providing me with my treatment seemed to be rushing and not really caring for me. I was not offered a drink and the blow dry was quite rough and painful at times as my hair was being yanked back and forth by two different stylists. In addition, on the website I was told that my treatment would cost me £20, only for me to be charged £25 when I got there. There was a short discussion between the lady at the front desk and the manager before I was told the price so I definitely think I was overcharged on purpose which is a shame as I will now not go back. You need to be able to trust your salon!! The blow dry was nice just not a great experience.

Overall the blow dry was good, but I got charged an extra £5 as my hair is long which was not expected as paid online.
