Very unprofessional, they demanded paying a second time, even though I'd already paid in the Treatwell app. My partner paid a second time, then Leyla herself was very rude on the phone and ignored my emails asking for a refund (or to book another haircut using the duplicate payment). Have had to report them for fraud as their email apparently doesn't work.

First time coming to this salon and I would definitely come back! Leyla did my hair and she was so lovely, as well as all the staff I got to speak with. It was a nice and calm environment to be in too, which was great.
