She's fantastic, talkative, makes you feel at ease and not awkward. The first time she did my nails she made me feel like I was already a loyal customer, not 'just another one'. For this reason, she is my go to and I'd rather her do my nails/treatments than anyone else. Not all of the staff were as welcoming at first, in fact it felt quite clique-y when I was there, with a lot of the staff just focussing their attention on certain people or making you feel like you're another number. However I must say that the ones I have come across now on other appointments have warmed up slightly, and I think it's just the long hard day that's makes it seem like they're colder! Also the bar is great, there's a DJ there on Saturdays and they even serve food (although I was surprised to discover that they just order it all from Ukai across the road). To encapsulate, I am happy that I switched from the cheaper alternatives just down the road, as my nails are in far better condition and I actually look forward to getting them done now :)
Great range of colours, normal paint has lasted over a week without chipping
