Ruby was very friendly and professional. Although the treatment room itself was quite small and with one quite thin door separating it from the rest of the salon, it still felt private and the main nail bar is beautiful.
Great value- we arrived slightly early and were seen to straight away. I recommend as a gift or a treat
im happy with the experience over all, good service and good quality treatment. The place is airy and relaxing, definitely coming back there
I had a manicure and it was great! The lady that did my nails was quick but thorough and there was a huge choice of colours which I really liked. The reason I didn't give them five stars on my overall satisfaction and staff was because they kept me waiting for about 10 minutes when I got there which when you are restricted for time (i was on my lunch break) is a bit stressful and the lady who greeted me first was a bit miserable...otherwise would definitely recommend! I will be returning.
Love the Coco Nail Bar atmosphere - and the staff are great! Went to them last year for the pedicure for my wedding toes - and absolutely loved it! But this was my first gel manicure with them, and my gel nails began peeling after only a few days. I could understand if that was the case with a $20 manicure in NYC, but for 50gbp, I expected it to be a bit longer lasting.
