Coco Nailbar is amazing! I would highly recommend it. Great atmosphere and nice staff. Much better then average nailbar in London.
Great location - love going to Portobello Road. Nail bar was clean, girls are quire friendly...and who does not love a pedi and a drink. Pedicure itself was not the best. Have had better at Coco.
There is a huge lack of customer service and courtesy from the reception staff (always the same lady that she seems so annoyed to be at work). Few of the therapist are very good - I had an excellent manicure that lasted for over a week.
Paying the full 46 for the mani pedi was not really worthed. The massage chair was broken (paid and never had a refound) and also a lot of the nail files were so much used that hardly had no edges - they can't disinfect them in high temperature as made of sponge so was extremely off putting / non hygienic to see those used.
