Had really high expectations. Manicure was quite good, but the pedicure was very disappointing. The therapist who did my manicure looked liked she cared about what she was doing but the rest of the staff seemed unbothered and annoyed.
Ive had far better pedicures in London and the massage chair was put on by therapist with no question as to whether or not I liked it as it was or on another setting.
Overall will not be going back, and to be honest, did not really feel relaxed enough to stay until nails properly dried.
I really liked Coco Nail bar. It is conveniently located in Portobello rd and it is perfect after a shopping bash in the street. The ambience and the atmosphere is really nice.
I did an express manicure and the result was very good. I would love to be back and try other treatments.
Reviewing this on behalf of my mum who was visiting me for my wedding, so we got our nails done together. She had a lovely time and had what she described "the most resistant manicure I've ever had", it lasted for more than a week!
I took a friend for her birthday using the manicure and cocktail for 2 wahanda deal and purchased a pedicure in addition. So happy I decided to - we both loved our treatments. Our therapists, one who was Sarah made sure we were comfortable and had great attention to details. Relaxing and a yum mojito, nails feel and look beautiful thank you!!

As part of my hen party, the day before my wedding, I invited my closest friends and family to join me for a manicure for the big day.
We had been running around for days sorting out lots of wedding stuff so we arrived 20 minutes late to the appointment, which meant not only they cut short my sister in law's foot massage, but they also were not able to give me a pedicure because they had customers coming in after us.
I was expecting them to take really good care of a regular customer who was going to get married the next day. You would think they really care about making you look the best, but really all they cared is to fill their slots to get as many customers in as possible. This was a big delusion for me, for the only place where I thought the staff would really take more time and make sure our wedding party was pampered spotlessly for such an important day, which did not happen and left us all flustered and in a rush.
