Overall my gel manicure was great, but they definitely were short staffed. I booked my appointment for 5:00 and they let me sit there for a half hour soaking my gel off and they didn't even do it properly. So finally when they noticed I was there for so long, they came to take it off the right way. Found it really unprofessional

It was my second visit and unfortunately it wasn’t as good as my first one a couple of weeks ago. My first shellac manicure was great but when I came back for a normal manicure yesterday the service just wasn’t as good. It took really long and after the manicure was done the girl who did my manicure checked my nails to see if they were dry and literally pushed the nail polish around on three of my nails, so I have weird marks now. I didn’t see this in the salon because the light was quite dark but noticed as soon as I walked out. If I had the time I would have gone back in to ask to reapply the polish.
