The experience was okay! They helped me find the colour I liked, however I noticed the shape of nails was not very precise and I had to let them ask to adjust where needed. Service was also quite rushed with quite not as a caring customer service as I’m used to. Also, I had no idea it was hard gel rather than shellac so it was then challenging to remove when I went to a different place and I was charge a lot to get it removed as it took a while

Love my nails it was a little pricier than I’d hoped— I ended up upgrading to extensions and when it came to asking for a French tip (white line at the top) it was an additional £15! 15 is quite abit for a line
