One of my nails broke after 3 days of going there. I had booked to go for a Gel Manicure then I was told I would be better off with a BIAB Infill for an extra £15. I accepted to pay the difference but I was surprised to get absolutely no cuticle care. I didn't see any of the nail techs sanitising their tools properly, so I wouldn't come back there again. Definitely not worth £65 unfortunately
