Staff quick with treatments which is good as you're in and out. Lots of colours to choose from, have been before and had beautiful mani, pedi. I had member of staff who seemed new and didn't speak good English so was really quiet, and was rushing to finish my nails after 5pm, and then she just got up and left while I was still sat there and I was just like oh am I finished? And I then I just went and paid. Expected better customer service really as paid £30 which isn't the cheapest mani, pedi I've ever had. Will return and hope I get the normal staff.
Great service as usual from Coco. They managed to juggle my different treatments so I wasn't waiting around for too long. The waxing was not too painful but it would have been nice to have a bit of background music to take one's mind off it!
Sadly they couldn't accommodate me at coco's as they were short staffed so they sent me to Liberties, really pleased with my Acrylic nails though but preferred the Coco salon
fab nails and super price. jenny was so nice and made me feel very relaxed. thank you
