I hadn't had a haircut in 7 months so decided to go for something completely new. I brought in a picture, and Gemma was absolutely amazing, asking me questions about the details of what I had in mind, and the cut she gave me is gorgeous. Even better than I expected and I'm just delighted. I wish I could tick all the options about Gemma because they all suit her!
