I hadn't had a haircut in 7 months so decided to go for something completely new. I brought in a picture, and Gemma was absolutely amazing, asking me questions about the details of what I had in mind, and the cut she gave me is gorgeous. Even better than I expected and I'm just delighted. I wish I could tick all the options about Gemma because they all suit her!

I find going to the hairdresser really nerve wracking but Gemma (who did my hair) and Gillian both made me feel very at ease. Gemma made lots of great suggestions about how she could colour my hair to look how I wanted whilst keeping it low maintenance - a top priority for me! Overall, a great experience and I am so happy with the final do! Definitely recommend 🥰
