I had my hair done at the salon for the 1st time last week. My stylist, Gemma was friendly and put me at my ease. I was pleased with the result, colour and cut. It looks very natural. However I asked for at least an inch off, but I reckon she took about a cm only. Particularly after I washed it nobody noticed the difference, and I feel I will need it cut again in about 2~3 weeks.

Gillian was very friendly and really listened to what I asked for. She gave me a much more natural look than I had currently (which is what I had asked for) and my hair looks much healthier. I wanted a balayage to help grow out my highlight roots - my roots now look much more subtle. The tips aren't as light as I thought they would be, but she didn't add any colour to these so I guess my highlights were darker than I had thought. It was a bit of a slower appointment since it was only Gillian in (and one other customer she was assisting while my colour and conditioner were being done), so I ended up being there for 3.5 hours rather than 3. However, overall all I would recommend and would go back.

I was very happy with the service, I went in with multi colour hair due to trying to dye it myself (bad move) and came out with a beautiful all over brown. The hair dresser who (apologies) I have forgotten their name ensured to colour each bit separately to get a good coverage.

Best haircut I have had in a long time! The lady who cut my hair was so knowledgable and was so helpful if she didn't think what I was asking would suit me. Will definitely be going back!
