Someone asked us if we would like drinks whilst we waited and only one came.
The couple before us ran over time so we ended up being held in the waiting area for just over 20 minutes. We were only informed of the delay 10 minutes into waiting and weren't given any idea at any point of how long we would be waiting for. This was all after we arrived 15/20 minutes prior to our appointment time. Thus we sat in the waiting area for just over 40 minutes and only received one of the drinks.
Our aromatherapy massage was described to be an hour and was about 40 minutes actual treatment time (perhaps as we were the last treatment of the day by the sounds of the muttering of staff complaining they had to do so many massages that day) it all felt just a bit off. With it being a present I bought for my partner I had hoped for a bit more excitement but the staff seemed tired and thus couldn't keep their professional masks on for much longer.
Aromatherapy Massage
Relaxing massage, great service and staff, would definitely recommend, great value for money and the oils they use are lovely.
