Fantastic staff, great massage starting to become an regular thing and it makes me feel so relaxed! Would recommend to anyone who enjoys massages or suffers from back pain.

I don't know what it is with this place, but they just keep getting it wrong. On my first visit, I arrived before my therapist and was kept waiting before someone else eventually saw to me. On my second visit, I arrived to discover that my appointment had been cancelled. I was not happy about this, especially as I don't live in Leeds and had to get the train in. I was compensated with a ten pound voucher and when I came back to use it, I was told that I had to pay in store prices (more money) even though I had booked online via Wahanda and was quoted a cheaper price. Paying in store prices was apparently the condition of using the voucher. Had this been told to me when they gave it to me, there's no way I would've even considered coming back for a third time. I got sucked in by the cheap prices but I guess you get what you pay for.
