There was a bit of a mix up with the booking as it wasn't confirmed in time for the original appointment but I only had to wait a few minutes more. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel rushed. The therapy room was clean and comfortable though I could hear people in reception and some traffic noise but stopped noticing once the treatment started. She could have used more pressure but since I have booked another massage I shall ask her to then. Good value and just across the road from work so I can go at lunchtimes.

I was recommended by a friend and had a great massage. The staff were friendly and I came away relaxed. A perfect mid week treat! Really nice atmosphe, cute little butterflies in the decor are a nice touch.

Quite a fiddly process having a minx pedicure however I love the result . All the staff are welcoming and attentive.

Great waxing package offer - therapist was very good and the treatment was one of the least painful wax treatments I have ever had.

Treatment wasn't as describes, I booked a luxury pedicure which was supposed to include heated booties and paraffin wax but was just a basic pedicure. I was sat on an uncomfortable chair that wasn't designed for pedicures and the water used for the foot soak was a portable foot spa. It didn't feel very luxury! The salon is ok but still needs a bit of work yo bring it up to scratch, the entrance way is dark, dingy and pretty pongy.
