My top lashes were partially glued to my bottom lashes during application to which the extentionist pulled my lids apart to 'fix' pulling out a fair few of my lower lashes which was very uncomfortable.
After returning from the holiday I had the lashes put on for, I messaged with some concerns I had about my overall experience and was met with a very hostile response. A deep shame as the extentionist seemed lovely in person.
