I wasn't as happy as usual, I had the first appointment and due a problem with a manager I had to see a different beautician. Due to these problems I felt a bit rushed and the wax wasn't heated up properly which resulted in quite a painful underarm wax. Staff are always polite and professional though

I went for my manicure and waited over 35 minutes for the lady to turn up. I then had to go back the next day as I couldn't wait any longer for the lady to arrive. The staff were apologetic and the manicure was okay but I wouldn't go back for another treatment as I feel I was messed about.

As always staff were very friendly and eager to help. My treatment was fully explained before it began and the therapist checked with me regularly to make sure that I was having a good experience and not in any discomfort. Left feeling refreshed and very happy with my treatment.
