First of all, there was only one or 2 staff and I had to wait almost 20 minutes more than my scheduled time. The cleanliness was appallingly the guy who was doing the manicure was using the same gloves for each person and he was attending 3 or 4 customers all at the same time. The manicure and pedicure itself was not at all relaxing and the finish was not good. I don’t know where all the good reviews are coming from!
