The description of the services, and pricing was unclear so my gel manicure and normal pedicure cost 49 pounds not 34 which I was quoted. Took over two hours rather than one but she did a good job. The place is CASH only but there’s an ATM across the street. The manager asked me to leave my iPhone or my debit card as collateral (!) while I crossed the street to get cash which I thought was insulting. I get my nails done all the time in New York and if a place is cash only - they trust you to come get the money out of a machine. The Coco nail bar neighborhood is not great, and they obviously get dodgy customers! As it turned out I had enough cash on me but never got to give my nail technician a tip which is why I wanted to go to the ATM.

Such a lovely relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. They always do a perfect job and there are lots of colours to choose from.
