The Japanese head spa treatment was honestly amazing. The whole thing was super relaxing from start to finish. The massage was next level, and almost put me to sleep! The electric blanket was an added bonus! My head and hair felt so clean and refreshed after, and I walked out feeling way lighter and less stressed. Definitely one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a while. I’ll 100% be booking again! Thank you Emilia

My head spa with Emilia was amazing! She was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. My hair feels amazing and I will definitely be back 100% worth it and would highly recommend the treatment! Also I really liked the vibe at Coco beautyco it was relaxed clean and everyone was really friendly.

Emilia was very friendly. However, the treatment itself is not worth £95 and I will not be back. I noticed the equipment was not clean (hair in hairbrush and oil on the ice globes) before it had been used on me, so I could see they do not care for cleanliness.
The treatment itself was not anything special and there was a small bright light that was kept on in the room which kept going in my face which ruined the relaxing atmosphere. I left disappointed.
