V nice lady but the treatment was so disappointing; I had been so looking forward to it. The top and sides of my head got a good scrub but I was left with lots of gloop at the back unrinsed/untouched. The water was freezing. Terrible value for money.

Tried the Japanese Head Spa for the first time and what a treat it was! Booked myself because of the dandruff and build-up on my scalp and the effects were immediate! Very relaxing as well

Another lovely set of nails from Bryony. I wanted some sparkle for a holiday. Didn’t really know what though. Bryony came up with a great design that I am thrilled with. She really is fab!
