I was really disappointed with my experience. The room was cold and untidy/messy. Ayesha was friendly but smelt of stale smoke!! She didn't wear a uniform, underneath the bed were dirty towels etc. The trolley of utensils at the side of the bed was very untidy, I doubt they were cleaned before the next person, bearing in mind they had been all over my face!! The water was really noisy and the arch of water only went over my head twice.
A very disappointing experience for £75!!!

Always love my nails after seeing Maya!
There’s so many BIAB and colour options to choose from. Maya takes great care in making sure they’re just right and is very accommodating. I always feel comfortable and relax during my appointments.
