I went for a head spa treatment, but I'm disappointed with the service. I chose the 1.5h long treatment, which cost £95. The room is very small, the bed just fits in. The equipment didn't look professional, the water was very loud, and when it was released from the bowl, it went into a bucket, not into a sink. I expected that there would be a hair dresser room (with chair, mirror, etc), but I was sitting on the bed whilst my hair was dried. The treatment didn't include cutting the hair at ends,

wow. what an experience. I love having my hair done and love a head massage. This is the best combination. All the different techniques used were fabulous. Cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Ayeesha. Just what I needed.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The room was cold and untidy/messy. Ayesha was friendly but smelt of stale smoke!! She didn't wear a uniform, underneath the bed were dirty towels etc. The trolley of utensils at the side of the bed was very untidy, I doubt they were cleaned before the next person, bearing in mind they had been all over my face!! The water was really noisy and the arch of water only went over my head twice.
A very disappointing experience for £75!!!
