I had a facial and face massage with Ella, what a relaxing treat! She was lovely, warm and caring, ensuring I was comfortable with the treatment throughout. Extractions thorough and gentle. Massage wonderful and oxygen treatment at the end was fab too. Glad I took a chance and booked here. The only thing I’d say could be improved on is the ambience as there was pop music playing in the reception which could still somewhat be heard over the more relaxing music in the room, but a minor point.
