This was my 2nd micro-needling session with Kay. She is so professional, thorough and extremely kind; always checking how I am feeling throughout the treatment. The treatment was very comfortable and painless due to her expertise. I have one more treatment to complete this course and am already loving the results. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of having this treatment.

Very professional, experienced and welcoming staff. They take the time to explain procedures (including what would be best for you, as well as what would not be helpful). They also follow up after procedures. Importantly too, they are approachable and not patronising, despite being talented and experienced.
