I’ve booked for a full facial with Shaza at your center, normally a full facial includes also dark spots removing but the lady Was in rush and she steamed my face without removing anything from my face, just massage and mask, I paid 45 pound for a full facial but I did only the basic one.
Then she put mask in my face and she left it for 25 min instead of 15 min.
I was really really upset about that as I used to come there for waxing and facial with Ella
Wont go back anymore

The staffs are so welcoming and so friendly make you feel so comfortable during the appointment. I’ve currently had 2 out of 6 of my sessions and even after the 2 sessions I was seeing incredible results. 🥰
