I am terrified of going to the hair dresser as I have had horrible experienses in the past. Having long and really thick hair i understand it can be hard to work with, however, i found cocoon and Diana was extremely patient and did a brilliant job. Very happy!

I went there with a picture on my phone and with a strong desire of change. The picture became reality and I dont regret the change I made as the hairdresser made my hair Look just as you see in magazines. Also the staff was very friendly all the way from the beginning to the end. I was really impressed by Dianne who was professional and friendly all the way through. Did I say that the price was more than ok? I will definitely go there again.

Cozy little spot just outside the bustle of Kingston. Good selection of magazines, offered tea/beverage. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
