I often go to Cocoon and I've had great haircuts from Roza and Gabi. It's always been really friendly and good value. This time I had a cut by Diana, and unfortunately I wasn't as happy with the service. She didn't offer me a drink, and barely spoke through the whole appointment. I thought after the brief consultation she understood what cut I wanted, but a few times I had to interject to ask her to do things differently, and rather than being understanding she seemed to get steadily more annoyed, raising her eyebrow. I left feeling a bit stressed, which is a shame! I will go back but probably won't book her again.

i love this place, the staff are warm, friendly and always do a good job of cutting my hair.
Great value for money and you get a decent cup of coffee.
