It's an absolutely lovely salon with great people. My appointment overran but they still made sure I was comfortable and the result is absolutely amazing! The whole team is very engaging and forthcoming and ready to help out when needed I will definitely go back.

Very good hair salon. Staff was helpful with suggesting ways to cut my hair to give it the best shape for my face. Very friendly and cheerful.
Ladies' Haircuts
After reading all the brilliant reviews on treatwell I decided to book a cut and blow dry. I turned up with high expectations, I arrived five minutes early for my appointment and was informed that my hairdresser was running late, which I completely understand. Unfortunately I had to wait for nearly an hour until I was seen, a bit annoying as I had plans that evening but I used to work in a hairdressers so I understand the delay to an extent. My hairdresser spent nearly an hour cutting someone's hair whilst I was waiting. I showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted, just a slight trim and some layers and a bouncy curly blow dry. I was the last appointment of the day and I felt like my appointment was somewhat rushed, my hair was washed with cold water and no attention paid to head massage etc. In terms of the cut, it's absolutely amazing and something that I cannot fault, but unfortunately the end result was not what I expected. My stylist blast dried my hair very roughly, I didn't question it as I assumed she was getting most of the moisture out to then blow dry with a brush, she also seemed very rushed so I didn't want to be an inconvenience. She blast dried all my hair and then proceeded to curl hair with huge straighteners, the end result was thin curls, not thick curls with no bounce as requested. I was even more confused one of the other stylists was giving a customer a proper blow dry. I had dinner planned for that evening which I was already late for but I then had to head home and wash and blow dry my hair myself which was disappointing. A brilliant cut and a lovely stylist but I feel that there could be improvement on organisation and attention to detail.
