My hair hasn't come out the way it should be, looks very choppy and boy-like (not like before - this is a standard haircut i get). I had a newer staff member who i'd never had before and I did feel it was a bit awkward at times, but will go back again at some point. I also had a bit of a rant directed at me regarding their Treatwell customers compared to direct bookers which made me slightly uncomfortable.
