Small but cosy salon, lovely staff and super good value - I loved my new hair style! It was very busy but they still took the time to do a great job. Will definitely be returning.

I'm fairly new to threading, having usually had my eyebrows waxed in the past - however, I'll never look back now. Roza is very skilled and I'll never go anywhere else for an eyebrow reshape now!

Had an ombre colour, haricut and blowdry on New Year's Eve. A really friendly salon, although it was my first visit it felt like I had been there before as they were all so welcoming. I was really happy with the level of attention given to me, the time and care taken; however, it took a lot longer than I had anticipated based on the time indicated by Treatwell (3.5 hrs, but took six hrs). It was explained to me that Treatwell can't always give a realistic time estimate as it depends on a case-by case-by basis how long it will take with a client. Nonetheless, Gabi ensured I was fully satisfied with the colour before she finished and when it was too light, made it darker to suit my preference. Gabi was very patient and helpful in explaining the various types of techniques available and recommended I go for the ombre instead of the highlights options that I had booked. Kasia was very helpful in assisting Gabi and explaining the various stages my hair was going through.
Gabi advised that instead of a blowdry, she would curl my hair with straighteners, so that they would last longer (2 Jan and my curls are still in :)). I would highly recommend this salon, particularly, Gabi and would return on a day that's less busy.
