Rosa is absolutely amazing, i had to have a lot of hair chopped off recently and needed a trim. Rosa really listened to what I wanted, and made my hair look so much better than i couldve imagined! Although she wasnt feeling too great with toothache she was still extremely friendly - and I know how miserable toothache can make me... Fantastic music playing and upon request Rosa tried to get the playlist sent to me - she was EXTREMELY dedicated to the cause! I am so happy I chose Roza.
