First visit to the salon and booked a wash, cut & blow dry with Belen and am extremely happy with the full service. Belen was very attentive to what I wanted and professional all the way through.

My hairdresser was thoughtful and checked with me throughout the haircut to make sure I was still happy. She double checked that I was ok with the drastic cut before taking the initial snip. She was great.

Had my haircut, so disappointed. Had a long hair, wanted long bob with front to sit on my shoulders. Hair is about 6cm shorter! Just below my jawline. Feel awful, having a square face with double chin which is now on display. I know it’s hair and will grow back but my confidence is completely gone.
