I thought I had finally found a good salon in Chiswick but was very disappointed to be called up on the morning of my appointment to cancel due to the stylist not showing up for work. I had a wedding to attend in the afternoon so I had relied on this appointment to get my hair done. At such short notice it would not be possible to get another appointment at another salon. I won't be booking here again.
