The salon was quiet on my visit but it was during the week. The staff were friendly and I was happy with the service I received. I wasn't too confident of the stylist as she said she would do something then did the opposite which was a bit odd. She didn't seem too confident in her cutting ability. Average haircut.

I wanted and asked for a choppy cut but got a very blunt one and was told I would have to let it grow and let the ends get messy before it would look like the picture I brought in. I also asked for my hair, which is thick, to be chopped into which the stylist was also not able to do. It doesn't look really awful but it isn't wow at all and wasn't what I asked for.
